Safety
It is often said that if it isn’t safe, it isn’t Parkour. There is a risk to everything we do in life, and in Parkour, any perceived risk is calculated and taken against our experience and knowledge. What you see and read from here on are guides only. While great advice is given in each area, you must use common sense when following them and keep yourself safe. Train your self and your body properly and the return will be much greater than if you rush into things. Don’t be foolish and don’t hurt yourself!
