All of it in one go.” The traceuse in the video is Leanne Jenkins of the New Zealand Parkour Association. Check it out below!

Hawaii Parkour Drill Series – Dip and Lift

After the holiday festivities, your belt might be feeling a bit tighter. Ozzi Quintero of Hawaii Parkour has the answer for you. With the Dip and Lift workout, you will build upper body strength as well as core tightness. From the video description: “This move is more of a straight forward conditioning exercise, not much of a skill building for parkour, but this drills itself will help you and gaining the arms and core strength you need to lift your body with more easy. This will work your triceps and shoulders, adding a bit of difficulty by then lifting your legs for some core work and shoulder stability.”

Motus [Movement]

From Nicholas Bluff; A beautifully edited, wonderfully set to music video about the thing we all know, love and do. Featuring a long list of names of some inspiring people.

Movement is the trunk of our tree. Parkour, Freerunning, Tricking are all branches, as are other practices like Dance or Running. Try not to make your nest on one branch, but instead explore as many as you can.

Have fun, enjoy life.

Sanjuu / New Heights in Milwaukee

These guys are doing some really cool stuff, both individually and as a team [did you see that diving front above the palm flip?]
They’re also appealing to my ear drums by placing some funky tracks over their clips.

A nice edit from a great looking group!

Image from Frankie Shrieves

Frankie Shrieves of London has begun a project that he is calling “Parkour 365.” During the next year, Frankie will be training parkour every single day. Stipulations for the project include: at least 1 hour of training per day will fulfill the requirement for that day, a blog will be updated documenting each day’s progress, and pictures will be taken. As of day 19 Frankie tells us: “I’m starting to see improvements already in both my physical skills when training and also how I feel day to day. I sleep better and am a bit more energetic!” Follow his blog and progress here!

Neverending Sausage

Urban Sense – Czech Parkour and Freerunning

Too often we see showreels which are just the same tricks in different locations.

These guys have discovered that special thing which separates themselves from the rest. The editing, angles, the flow between practitioners and more blend together in a way which makes this video great!
